It’s great to see animators commence their animation education starting with the basics of live-action filmmaking. Whistling Woods International has laid a perfect foundation for these students. We have had students interning with us for four month-long periods over the past 2 years now. The quality of their work is ratified by the fact that all my creative and technical directors are desperately waiting for the next batch of interns to arrive. I've learnt so much more here in comparison to what is taught at other animation institute's. As we learn animation, we are also taught about all the other aspects of filmmaking! We learn the nuances of lighting in our cinematography classes, understand the finer nuances of creating a character in acting classes; and are introduced to the business aspect of the industry in the producing classes – which gives us a holistic learning experience.
